Item:SINSTON ZR-48

Specification:

Description: PTFE product includes sheet, Tube (ZR-48), Rod (ZR-49), Film (ZR-47) and gaskets etc., they are molded, skived or cut from 100% virgin PTFE. It has the best chemical corrosion resistance among known plastics. Without being aging, lowest friction coefficient, wear resistance. The unloaded operating temperature range is -180~+260C.
Tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) pipes are extruded by high-quality plungers. They can withstand positive pressure of 1.6 Mpa and negative pressure of 77 Kpa by special processing technology. They can be used normally in the temperature range of -60 ~ + 260%, and have reliable and excellent corrosion resistance. Transport of highly corrosive gas and liquid at high temperature, which can not be replaced by other pipelines.

PTFE Pipe or tube features: it  has excellent chemical stability, can withstand all strong acids, alkalis, strong oxidants

It does not interact with various organic solvents. PTFE has a wide range of temperature. It can be used for a long time in the range of – 180 C to 250 C at atmospheric pressure. The mechanical properties of PTFE treated at 250 C for 1000 hours have little change. PTFE has a low friction coefficient, is a good friction reduction, self-lubricating material, its static friction coefficient is less than dynamic friction coefficient, so it has the advantages of small starting resistance and smooth operation. Because PTFE has no polarity, heat resistance and water absorption, it is also an excellent electrical insulation material. It also has excellent aging resistance, non-stickiness and non-flammability.

The bar, pipe, film, bearing, gasket, valve and other special-shaped materials and parts are widely used in mechanical, chemical, aviation, electrical and electronic, national defense industry, cutting-edge science and technology, medical and health, electrical insulation and other fields.

faq

We offer a variety of materials for sealing gaskets, including rubber (such as nitrile rubber, silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, etc.), metal (such as stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.), asbestos, graphite, and more. Different materials have different characteristics and are suitable for different working conditions and media.

The specific temperature and pressure range depends on the selected gasket material and design. Generally, our sealing gaskets can work in a temperature range of -50°C to 200°C, and the pressure range can vary from low pressure to high pressure. The specific parameters will be clearly indicated in the product manual.

When choosing a sealing gasket, several factors need to be considered, such as the working medium, temperature, pressure, seal surface form, etc. Our professional team can provide advice and selection guidance based on your specific needs to ensure that you choose the most suitable sealing gasket.

We strictly follow international and industry standards for production and quality control. We conduct strict inspections at every stage of the production process, from raw material procurement to ensure the stable and reliable quality of the sealing gaskets.

Yes, we can provide custom-sized sealing gaskets according to the customer’s requirements to meet various special needs.

The delivery time will vary depending on the order quantity and production schedule. Generally, the delivery time for standard-sized sealing gaskets is shorter, while custom-sized ones may take a little longer. We will do our best to meet the customer’s delivery requirements and provide accurate delivery time information when the order is confirmed.

We provide high-quality after-sales service. If you encounter any problems during use, we will respond promptly and provide solutions. We also conduct regular follow-up visits to customers to understand the product usage situation and continuously improve our service.
