Item:SINSTON ZR-47

Specification:

Description: PTFE product includes sheet, Tube (ZR-48), Rod (ZR-49), Film (ZR-47) and gaskets etc., they are molded, skived or cut from 100% virgin PTFE. It has the best chemical corrosion resistance among known plastics. Without being aging, lowest friction coefficient, wear resistance. The unloaded operating temperature range is -180~+260C.
PTFE  skived film is made of Pure PTFE or filled PTFE materials , Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) colour film is made of suspended PTFE resin with a certain amount of colouring agent, moulded, sintered into billet, then turned, calendered into 13 colours of PTFE, including red, green, blue, yellow, purple, brown, black, orange and white. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) color film has good electrical insulation after adding a certain amount of colorant. It is suitable for insulation and classification of wires, cables and electrical appliances.

PTFE activated film is a kind of film which is made of PTFE film, filling film and color film and then activated by surface. Pigments, glass fibers, carbon fibers, graphite, bronze powder and other fillers are added to the products. After activation, the properties are further improved. The products can be compounded with rubber, metal and other materials. Special tapes can also be made to meet the design requirements. It is widely used in light industry, military industry, aerospace, oil field and other fields.

The F4 thin film has the advantages of the most remarkable voltage resistance and breakdown voltage. Used for capacitor medium, conductor insulation, electrical instrument insulation, sealing gasket. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) turning film is a kind of directional film formed by calender rolling on hot roll. It has high crystallinity, tight molecular orientation and small void fraction. Therefore, PTFE film has been greatly improved, especially the voltage strength is more obvious.

faq

We offer a variety of materials for sealing gaskets, including rubber (such as nitrile rubber, silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, etc.), metal (such as stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.), asbestos, graphite, and more. Different materials have different characteristics and are suitable for different working conditions and media.

The specific temperature and pressure range depends on the selected gasket material and design. Generally, our sealing gaskets can work in a temperature range of -50°C to 200°C, and the pressure range can vary from low pressure to high pressure. The specific parameters will be clearly indicated in the product manual.

When choosing a sealing gasket, several factors need to be considered, such as the working medium, temperature, pressure, seal surface form, etc. Our professional team can provide advice and selection guidance based on your specific needs to ensure that you choose the most suitable sealing gasket.

We strictly follow international and industry standards for production and quality control. We conduct strict inspections at every stage of the production process, from raw material procurement to ensure the stable and reliable quality of the sealing gaskets.

Yes, we can provide custom-sized sealing gaskets according to the customer’s requirements to meet various special needs.

The delivery time will vary depending on the order quantity and production schedule. Generally, the delivery time for standard-sized sealing gaskets is shorter, while custom-sized ones may take a little longer. We will do our best to meet the customer’s delivery requirements and provide accurate delivery time information when the order is confirmed.

We provide high-quality after-sales service. If you encounter any problems during use, we will respond promptly and provide solutions. We also conduct regular follow-up visits to customers to understand the product usage situation and continuously improve our service.
